Firstly, I appreciated your clear cut pricing and also that you kept me informed via email regarding the quote and the timing of the visit.

Your technician is so pleasant and has such a good energy about him. He arrived on time which is appreciated. I understand if people are late but it can be hard if people are quite late.

I appreciate that he took the time to listen regarding what I thought might need to be trimmed. He did such a nice job with the trimming (it appears that the right amount was taken and not too much). The sign of a good tree trimmer (in my opinion) is that you can’t tell that the tree was trimmed which is how it looked after he did the trimming. I also appreciate that he piled it in the back yard since as I told you my compost bin was full since I had done some trimming myself.

He did such a great job of cleaning the eavestroughs. Every day that it has rained I have been thinking how grateful I am that you organizing it and that he came and cleaned them. The first time it rained, I thought there may be some leaks that need fixing at two corners, but it has rained since and I didn’t see leaking. I will keep an eye on it as the technician had suggested to me (which I appreciate).

I was very pleased with the services that were completed. The rep arrived on time (actually a little early) and reviewed everything that would be done. He carefully set up and took his time completing the gutter cleaning. After the work the done, he went through a summary of what he found and what the next steps would be. My property was left tidy. Pictures of before and after were sent the following day and the invoice was as quoted. The entire second floor gutters had been filled with pine cones and needles. Small leaves had sprouted at all downspout drains but now all were clear to allow proper drainage. One of the downspouts had to be disconnected as it was fully clogged. Looking forward to not having the gutters overflow in heavy rain.
